Senior Test Analyst – Manual Testing, SAP, Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design manual test plans and scenarios based on project specifications

• Develop and implement test cases

• Verify functionality in accordance with requirements and user stories

• Detect, record, monitor, and confirm defect resolutions

• Evaluate test outcomes and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine testing strategies

• Assist delivery teams in identifying and addressing issues

• Disseminate knowledge and best practices in QA, testing, and defect management

• Participate in initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of quality processes

• Suggest solutions to streamline testing activities and enhance process efficiency

• Support decisions regarding quality and testing strategy

• Act as a technical reference within the team, contributing to the enhancement of quality practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in manual testing / QA

• Proficient in developing and executing test cases

• Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects

• Intermediate knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes

• Capable of interpreting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Intermediate conversational English is a significant advantage
