This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, document, and implement test plans and test cases for designated features.
• Conduct exploratory, automated, regression, functional, reliability, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to comprehend requirements, expected agent behavior, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Engage in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create and maintain Playwright end-to-end tests and Vitest component tests.
• Execute and sustain contract tests and API tests.
• Test streaming, loading, and error conditions, including slow and failed agent responses.
• Run automated test suites in GitHub Actions and resolve any failing scripts.
• Generate and uphold synthetic test data.
• Strengthen testing processes and uphold automation standards.
• Perform axe-core accessibility checks and manual screen reader tests using JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver in accordance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA.
• Identify, isolate, document, and monitor defects.
• Analyze test and evaluation results, produce quality metrics, and report on quality status.
• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools for test design, script development, test data generation, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Validate AI-generated tests, scripts, and analyses for accuracy, security, maintainability, compliance, and business relevance.
• Adhere to policies regarding AI usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, PHI management, and Responsible AI.
• Over 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, including practical UI test automation.
• Proficient with Playwright or similar end-to-end automation tools, ideally with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation purposes.
• Familiarity with component testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
• Understanding of API testing tools like Postman and REST APIs.
• Acquainted with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking systems such as JIRA and ALM.
• Expertise in functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience within an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Excellent communication skills, receptiveness to feedback, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Government-issued photo identification required for identity verification.
