This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain professional relationships with KOLs while effectively communicating the value propositions of the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay market conditions and cultivate accounts for product adoption.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets for both product lines.
• Create monthly and quarterly plans for your territory.
• Provide precise monthly sales forecasts.
• Articulate product value propositions and advantages to clients.
• Identify, educate, and develop accounts to incorporate products into urology practices.
• Observe market trends and propose enhancements to commercial processes.
• Work alongside Professional Education teams to offer clinical training support to physicians.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and the Sales and Marketing teams to focus on strategic customers.
• Partner with Customer Service teams to exceed client expectations.
• Complete necessary sales reporting in coordination with Regional Sales Managers and Finance teams.
• Assist in addressing product complaints and safety concerns.
• Adhere to organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Retain credentials necessary to operate in hospitals and medical facilities.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in the medical device sector.
• Strong knowledge of urology products and procedures.
• Experience in an operating room setting is crucial.
• Proven capability to consistently exceed revenue goals.
• A successful history of launching innovative and disruptive urology technologies is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical skills for refining business strategies and sales methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%-60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to manage overnight travel requirements.
• Ability to establish and maintain necessary credentials required by hospitals and medical facilities.
