This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist field and maintenance teams in providing high-quality services to current clients.
• Present Agiliti services to potential new clients within a specified local area.
• Oversee and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in the assigned region.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of equipment as necessary.
• Provide educational material regarding medical devices.
• Partner with the Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new Agiliti services.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships at departmental and mid-management levels.
• Prepare, complete, and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients.
• Gain an understanding of contractual agreements and client decision-making processes for maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure adherence to Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Work with various teams to enhance processes, identify gaps, and elevate overall service quality.
• Coordinate service efforts and coverage for unexpected mobile lab or equipment failures.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to meet business needs, sometimes on short notice.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of management, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) is preferred.
• General familiarity with the assigned region and client landscape is preferred.
• Background in service delivery logistics and cost efficiency is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are necessary.
• Proven experience in matrix management of geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn company-specific software.
• Certification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) is preferred, but can be obtained within six months of hiring.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to organize, prepare, and deliver effective presentations to customers.
• Capacity to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to operate a computer, move materials around the office, remain seated for long periods, and communicate consistently with teammates, with or without accommodation.
• May be required to obtain specific vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status according to customer and/or company requirements.
