This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a regional portfolio of accounting firms, encompassing cold outreach, warm leads, and current introducers.

• Facilitate the transition of accounting firms through the pipeline to establish them as repeat client introducers.

• Foster trust and credibility through a consultative approach, establishing Allica as the top recommended bank among accountants.

• Expand Allica’s footprint across firms, stakeholders, colleagues, and offices through regional travel and face-to-face meetings.

• Present the Business Rewards Account and other banking products to accounting firms and their clientele.

• Manage the complete onboarding, funding, and account utilization journey.

• Identify and connect clients with lending needs, such as commercial mortgages, to the suitable Relationship Managers.

• Serve as the dedicated liaison for accounting firms at Allica.

• Deliver and continually enhance the Accountants Playbook.

• Organize regional activities, including lunch and learns, roundtable discussions, and various events.

• Provide firms with Partnerships Packs, marketing resources, and collaborative initiatives.

• Keep precise portfolio records in the CRM and monitor and report on pipeline progression.

• Manage personal goals and development plans.

• Collaborate with Allica teams to ensure a cohesive experience for partners and clients.

• Adhere to mandatory policies and operational guidelines to uphold internal controls.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and account management.

• In-depth knowledge of SMEs and the function of professional advisors, especially accountants.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a proven history of gaining trust from partners, clients, and colleagues.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for both in-person and virtual meetings and events.

• Proficient in managing a CRM-based portfolio and reporting on pipeline developments.

• Commercially savvy, balancing new revenue generation with appropriate risk and reputation considerations.

• Comfortable collaborating with specialist colleagues (e.g., RMs, Marketing) to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business.

• Candidates must currently reside in the UK; the employer can only accept applications from within the UK.

• Sponsorship to work in the UK may be necessary, but not all positions can be supported by UK sponsorship legislation, and in most instances, applicants must already reside in the UK.
