This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated key employer group clients regarding issue resolution, reporting requests, and renewal preparation.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with client representatives and broker partners.
• Proactively engage with clients to update them on account status, policy changes, and renewal schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external TPA partners to ensure seamless client interactions and service delivery.
• Work together with Underwriting and TPAs to fulfill policy change requests and create client renewal packages.
• Track account performance and pinpoint opportunities for growth or enhancements in administrative processes.
• Generate and distribute client reports while crafting stewardship presentations that showcase account performance, objectives, and quarterly initiatives.
• Ensure that account records and documentation are accurate and current in Salesforce.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues that necessitate coordination across various departments and partners.
• Recognize recurring client challenges and trends to foster continuous improvement in service.
• Offer training and support to Account Managers I and II as required.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and Third Party Administrator partners to spearhead strategic planning and execution for assigned accounts.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services.
• Prior experience in insurance, employee benefits, or B2B account management is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of group insurance products and administrative concepts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-facing demeanor.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail and precision, especially in data management and client documentation.
• Self-driven with leadership and mentorship capabilities; requires minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.
• Consistent and reliable attendance for your assigned shift.
• Ability to work full-time and/or part-time, depending on the requirements of the position.
