This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage designated clients and ensure their ongoing success.
• Provide consistent updates to clients and Irth management.
• Assist with client Pilot Programs, solution implementation, new feature rollouts, and continuous customer satisfaction.
• Build robust relationships with assigned clients and address both technical and business inquiries.
• Implement, configure, and train users on Irth Asset Integrity for Pipelines products.
• Oversee project deliverables, success KPIs, and project budgets.
• Educate and guide customers in recognizing pipeline asset threats and achieving business goals.
• Recommend tool applications for regulatory data collection and analysis.
• Evaluate and prioritize requests for product enhancements.
• Mentor clients on best practices for integrity management.
• Execute configurations, data loading, model execution, report presentations, and results interpretation.
• Manage requirements across various client accounts.
• Foster customer relationships, enhance product adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Enhance processes and policies to promote automation, self-service, and customer empowerment.
• Collaborate with client organizations and internal teams.
• Communicate business and development opportunities for assigned clients.
• Relay customer requirements to the product management team.
• Support product development sprints with insights and feedback from customers.
• Engage across product development channels.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the midstream/transmission pipeline industry is required.
• In-depth understanding of Z662 / ASME and other industry standards is required.
• Experience in analyzing various types of pipeline integrity assessment data is required.
• Familiarity with pipeline integrity software and technology is preferred.
• Experience working with multiple levels within a Fortune 100 company is preferred.
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with solution development processes and application support lifecycles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America and internationally if necessary.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
