📋 Description

• Educate shop owners and their teams on the effective utilization of AutoLeap.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and take ownership of their implementation results.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the automotive sector and position yourself as a trusted advisor for clients.

• Provide on-site assistance and training to key accounts as necessary.

• Relay customer insights to the Product team.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance processes and operations consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software implementation.

• A genuine passion for facilitating others' success and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• A proven history of accomplishments in prior positions.

• Contribute your distinct skills and viewpoints to the team.

• Willingness to travel for on-site support and training to key accounts.

• Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
