Implementation Consultant – Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with global pharmaceutical companies to address significant business challenges.

• Deploy Veeva Commercial Cloud products, such as PromoMats/DAM and Medical.

• Facilitate business process due diligence and application design workshops.

• Convert intricate client process requirements into feasible solution designs.

• Create and implement robust, scalable, AI-driven solutions.

• Serve as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and/or PO/Business Analyst.

• Supervise solution development, testing, and deployment.

• Generate process documentation and project deliverables.

• Organize and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.

• Offer subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and determine their integration within customer software ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.

• Strong consulting experience with the ability to architect, promote best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote environment across various assignments.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; visa arrangements are not provided by Veeva.

• Practical experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform is preferred.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with regulated content management systems is a plus.

• Experience with DAM tools is a bonus.

• Knowledge of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements is desirable.

• Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements is beneficial.

• Project management certification, Veeva certification, and experience in product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management are advantageous.

• Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is highly desirable.
