Implementation Consultant – Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with global pharmaceutical companies to address essential business challenges.

• Implement Veeva Commercial Cloud solutions, including PromoMats/DAM and Medical.

• Lead the due diligence of business processes.

• Design and execute robust and scalable solutions.

• Successfully manage projects in roles such as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and PO/Business Analyst.

• Implement content management systems tailored for life sciences.

• Facilitate workshops for business process discovery and application design.

• Convert intricate client process needs into feasible solution designs.

• Supervise solution development, testing, and deployment.

• Produce process documentation and project deliverables.

• Strategize and initiate post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.

• Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and articulate their integration within customer software ecosystems.

• Engage in the recruitment process through discussions, a practical case exercise, and a concluding leadership interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.

• Strong consulting experience with a proven track record in architecture, best practices, and stakeholder relationship management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote setting across various assignments.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work.

• Capacity to travel domestically and internationally; visa arrangements are not facilitated by Veeva.

• Preferred hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.

• Preferred experience with pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device sectors.

• Preferred experience in implementing regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, or Vodori.

• Preferred experience with DAM tools like Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, or Box.

• Preferred understanding of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory standards.

• Preferred knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements such as GxP and GcP.

• Project management certification, Veeva certification, and experience in product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management are advantageous.
