Senior Technology Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic ally within the Real Estate Lending technology organization.

• Align business goals, operational requirements, and technological solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, lending operations, and technology teams.

• Lead the analysis of business processes and pinpoint opportunities for system enhancements and automation.

• Convert intricate business needs into actionable product specifications.

• Define requirements and deliver scalable solutions that support Real Estate Lending objectives.

• Manage and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.

• Assist throughout all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery to implementation.

• Utilize data insights to inform decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Contribute to technology modernization efforts, including cloud-based and integrated solutions.

• Develop and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria that align with user needs, market demands, and business value.

• Serve as a trusted advisor while fostering cross-functional partnerships.

• Mentor team members and drive strategic initiatives.

• Enhance operational efficiency and improve member/customer experience.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, or technology product delivery in enterprise settings, preferably within financial services or mortgage lending.

• Solid experience in the Real Estate Lending / Mortgage domain, including comprehensive lifecycle knowledge.

• Advanced understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and data models.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, along with modern architectural patterns (preferred).

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable data analysis and reporting platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, and cultivate strong working relationships.

• Capability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and influence strategic decisions based on data.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Successful completion of a background investigation; some roles may require a credit check.
