This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and upkeep of a digital-first enterprise content governance framework in collaboration with the enterprise design language system.

• Ensure consistency across various experiences and repositories, facilitate a clear content architecture, and guarantee scalability for AI applications.

• Take ownership of a global taxonomy that shapes the information architecture across digital experiences.

• Promote data quality for scalable AI applications and integrate AI engine optimization into digital content.

• Direct content development for crucial segments that are heavily regulated.

• Spot opportunities for content reuse across different platforms and channels to enhance efficiency in obtaining approvals from business stakeholders.

• Integrate the Blue Cross NC brand, tone of voice, and core messaging.

• Ensure language adheres to ADA compliance and avoids ableism.

• Lead content research and performance by pinpointing critical content KPIs.

• Continuously assess performance via Customer Journey Analytics, SiteImprove, and user research.

• Employ design thinking and UX principles in page authoring.

• Offer strategic insights regarding current and future application needs to enhance user experience and generate business value.

• Confirm that new application business solutions fulfill customer experience requirements and deliver maximum business advantage.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (where necessary).

• Over 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred: Adobe analytics certification.

• Preferred: CCXP Certified or certification within 1 year of employment.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM as a Cloud Service.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Familiarity with Adobe Target.

• Expertise in business intelligence and data analysis.

• Skills in content creation and content management systems.

• Background in data modeling, data science, and data visualization.

• Knowledge of digital experiences and enterprise content management systems.

• Experience in metrics development, product analysis, and reporting and analysis.

• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO).

• Proficiency in statistical models.
