This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.
β’ Design and execute product experiments from start to finish.
β’ Formulate hypotheses, determine test duration and necessary sample size, assess feasibility, evaluate A/B tests, and establish statistical significance.
β’ Standardize metrics across Copilot, Matchmaking, Concierge, Messenger, and Dashboards.
β’ Cascade metrics from the primary company metric (MAP) to acquisition, retention, reactivation, and churn drivers.
β’ Provide an impartial analytical review of product direction and decision-making.
β’ Identify high-impact growth opportunities.
β’ Link metrics to objectives, estimates, and costs, and highlight deviations early.
β’ Generate, prioritize, and validate hypotheses in collaboration with product managers.
β’ Investigate anomalies and metric deviations, identify root causes, and proactively raise product concerns.
β’ Align initiatives with corporate goals using a data-driven approach.
β’ Enhance analytical processes.
β’ Collaborate directly with product managers and report to the Head of Product.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in product analytics, preferably within a product that handles large data volumes.
β’ A degree in mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.
β’ Strong proficiency in mathematical statistics and probability theory, applied in real-world scenarios.
β’ Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and executing A/B tests, including sizing, significance, and interpretation.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and Python; comfortable with data extraction, processing, and visualization.
β’ Experience with Superset is a plus.
β’ In-depth understanding of product and marketing metrics, including LTV, CPA, Retention, and CR.
β’ Strong product thinking and comprehension of user behavior behind metrics.
β’ High level of autonomy and ownership.
β’ Critical thinking skills and the ability to question data and decisions.
β’ Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
β’ Nice to have: experience with social products, dating, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces.
β’ Nice to have: hands-on experience with recommender systems.
β’ Nice to have: background in a data-rich, high-volume product environment.
