This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of pharmacy products throughout project implementations, from initial requirements to project launch.
• Build and sustain relationships across various product lines and business units.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Supervise implementation processes from idea generation to the delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or services.
• Cultivate customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of their experiences.
• Lead and actively participate in industry and business workgroups.
• Contribute to product implementations, roadmaps, and strategic planning.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on business impact, timelines, and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of requirements for system acceptance and usability.
• Advise business units and customers regarding available product offerings.
• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Assess and enhance product configuration and supportability.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products.
• This position does not have any direct reports.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and pharmacy, including experience in pharmacy implementation.
• A profound understanding of Pharmacy or PBM ecosystems is highly preferred and essential for success in this position.
• Proven track record of implementing products from initial intake and strategy through to delivery, roadmap execution, and ongoing improvement.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments while closely collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, supported by data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.
• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
