This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the sourcing strategy and execution for roles in software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp hiring requirements, align candidate profiles, and formulate sourcing strategies.
• Discover, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, events, and various other sourcing channels.
• Create personalized outreach messages to enhance candidate engagement and response rates.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Monitor candidate activity and sourcing metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide market insights on talent, competitive intelligence, and sourcing trends to recruiting and hiring teams.
• Contribute to best practices in sourcing, reporting, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Over 4 years of experience in technical sourcing.
• Ideally, at least 2 years of in-house experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology setting.
• Proven experience in sourcing technical talent across software, hardware, robotics, AI, or similar engineering fields.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage specialized passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple searches and handling competing priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing metrics to oversee pipeline health.
