Senior Technical Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery and architecture design sessions.

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations.

• Offer hands-on technical leadership for Dynamics CRM development, encompassing plugins, JavaScript, integrations, and customizations.

• Execute portal development utilizing Power Pages or other third-party portal technologies.

• Create architectural documentation, including ERDs, system diagrams, process flows, and integration models.

• Convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Guide and support technical team members through code reviews and architectural advice.

• Participate in project implementation and deployment tasks, including data migration and integration setups.

• Leverage Azure DevOps for backlog management and automation of CI/CD pipelines.

• Uphold architecture best practices regarding scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Maintain extensive technical knowledge through continuous learning and staying updated on Microsoft cloud technologies and release updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong practical experience with CRM development.

• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with plugin development, workflows, and custom APIs.

• Integration development experience using Azure services.

• Familiarity with portal frameworks such as Power Pages, Sitefinity with The Portal Connector add-on, Sitecore, and WordPress with specific plugins.

• Proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Key Vault.

• Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to generate high-quality architectural documents, including ERDs and process flows.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and enterprise solution design.

• Exceptional communication skills for effectively presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in mentoring and supporting technical team members.

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States.

• Preferred: Experience with Azure Fabric and enterprise reporting.

• Preferred: Experience in building reports and analytics using Power BI.

• Preferred: Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, and ETL tools.

• Preferred: Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Preferred: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Architect or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
