
Senior Technical Sales Manager – Power Stability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive business development and sales efforts throughout the NAM region.
• Deliver advanced technical support to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager during customer meetings to showcase and promote Power Stability, Grid Utilities, and Flexibility solutions.
• Offer technical assistance to customers within NAM.
• Analyze and clarify customer needs and challenges.
• Assist customers in defining their requirements in line with solution capabilities.
• Support Application Engineers during the proposal and quotation stages.
• Provide technical insights for the development of hybrid solutions.
• Design tailored solutions that include synchronous condensers, STATCOM, and battery systems.
• Ensure that solutions meet regional standards and the specific needs of customers.
• Keep abreast of trends in grid stability, power electronics, and rotating machinery in NAM.
• Represent technical expertise at industry events, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution roadmaps align with market needs.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all technical recommendations.
• Provide field feedback to internal teams for ongoing improvement.
• Guide opportunities from the discovery phase through to closure.
• Convert complex requirements into integrated, compliant techno-commercial proposals.
• Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Power, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing roles in the energy, grid, or power equipment sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution development on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• In-depth technical knowledge of rotating machines, including generators and motors.
• In-depth technical knowledge of power electronics, including inverters and converters.
• In-depth technical knowledge of grid systems and power stability solutions, including synchronous condensers, STATCOMs, and BESS.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
