Senior Technical Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle for both technical and professional roles related to government contracts.

• Collaborate with hiring managers, program leaders, and business development teams to identify current and future talent requirements.

• Formulate recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and secure highly skilled candidates.

• Conduct recruitment for technical positions in information technology, cybersecurity, software development, engineering, data analytics, systems administration, and other specialized fields.

• Adjust recruiting priorities in response to contract awards, recompetes, program expansion, and client needs.

• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Previous experience with Workday.

• Background in supporting a government contractor.

• Proven experience in managing the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles.

• Strong sourcing skills.

• Exceptional candidate relationship management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Knowledge of government contract recruiting requirements, including security clearances, labor categories, contract specifications, and relevant employment regulations.

• Capability to recruit across information technology, cybersecurity, software development, engineering, data analytics, systems administration, and other specialized areas.
