📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio consisting of technical, cleared requisitions for mid-to-senior level technical and programmatic positions.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with Program Managers, Directors, Capture leads, and other senior stakeholders throughout the entire process.

• Establish yourself as a trusted expert in the recruitment of cleared technical talent possessing TS/SCI with polygraph.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to Recruiter I and II team members.

• Identify gaps in processes or workflows and propose enhancements.

• Manage complex or sensitive requisitions with minimal supervision.

• Maintain and disseminate AI-assisted recruiting methodologies.

• Collaborate with senior hiring teams to create more diverse and representative finalist slates.

• Report directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

• Work in conjunction with HR, Security/Facility Security Officers, compensation, and contracts personnel.

• Oversee typically 15–20+ concurrent requisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared roles up to TS/SCI with polygraph.

• History of informally or formally guiding other recruiters.

• Capability to handle multiple senior stakeholders, provide constructive pushback, offer advice, and influence hiring outcomes.

• Experience in creating or significantly enhancing a process, tool, or workflow.

• Clear interest in leveraging AI in recruitment practices.

• Proven experience in fostering diverse candidate slates and interview panels.

• Familiarity with federal contract cycles, including recompetes, awards, labor categories, and staffing plans.

• Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance (minimum).
