Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for critical positions, particularly in Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product.

• Oversee the full recruiting cycle from initial kickoff and defining requirements to final contract signing.

• Offer strategic guidance to hiring managers and executives regarding role specifications, interview processes, and decision-making.

• Identify, proactively engage, and attract qualified tech talent through LinkedIn and various other platforms.

• Create and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific target groups.

• Select and manage external recruitment agencies and recruiting partners.

• Evaluate relevant recruiting KPIs and formulate measures for optimization.

• Foster a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate experience.

• Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, careers pages, and social media content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an emphasis on tech, product, or IT roles.

• Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing, directly approaching, and attracting suitable talent, including for challenging and hard-to-fill positions.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex role requirements, technical contexts, and organizational structures to inform effective recruiting strategies.

• Experience working collaboratively with hiring managers and executives.

• Data-driven mindset regarding recruiting metrics and a practical commitment to ongoing process enhancement.

• Persuasive and professional demeanor, capable of serving as a trusted advisor on an equal level.

• High level of initiative, persistence, and responsibility.

• Passion for cultivating long-term talent relationships.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
