IT Recruiter, Guidewire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment processes for positions related to Guidewire.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to grasp technical requirements, project needs, and recruitment priorities.

• Formulate recruitment strategies to locate and attract qualified professionals.

• Source both passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and various other sourcing channels.

• Assess and evaluate candidates based on their technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.

• Organize interviews and offer consultative support throughout the hiring journey.

• Provide valuable insights on the market and suggest ways to enhance the recruitment process with specialized strategies.

• Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding procedures.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and hire top Guidewire talent.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.

• Previous experience with Guidewire roles or positions in insurance technology.

• Strong knowledge of the Guidewire platform and its core modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, InsuranceSuite, and Guidewire Cloud.

• Experience in recruiting software engineers, architects, business analysts, and QA professionals.

• Practical experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions at once.

• Experience sourcing candidates across various platforms.
