Senior Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Attract top talent to SentinelOne within the Americas region.

• Oversee the entire recruiting cycle for Product, Engineering, IT, and Security departments.

• Identify, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates.

• Source and maintain a robust pipeline of strong passive candidates.

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders on recruitment strategies, crucial decisions, and innovative approaches.

• Serve as an advocate for both clients and candidates through consistent communication and comprehensive follow-through.

• Take part in recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the recruitment process.

• Utilize existing tools and inventive methods to connect with candidates.

• Partner with interview teams to develop an outstanding candidate interview process and experience.

• Maintain high recruiting standards with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

• Manage projects related to recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting technical talent within high-tech or SaaS environments.

• Proven experience in hiring for a globally scaled engineering organization.

• Flexible hours to accommodate meetings with teams across the US, Israel, Czechia, and India.

• Exceptional sourcing skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and Claude.

• Proficiency in integrating AI into the recruiting process.

• Knowledge of compensation and equity structures.

• Skillful in negotiating total compensation packages.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with senior business leaders and effectively across teams.

• Experience in a data-driven recruitment environment.

• Ability to track and utilize key metrics effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in prioritizing tasks.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
