Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with corporate leadership and the proposal team to identify the qualifications necessary for each role.

• Create and manage engaging job descriptions in Greenhouse (ATS).

• Utilize government contract proposal and award statement of work documents to craft and update job descriptions and specifications.

• Employ Boolean and advanced search methods to locate and identify top candidates.

• Conduct screening and interviews of potential hires.

• Provide exceptional service to candidates and clients alike.

• Secure Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified candidates for contract proposal initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to assess and select top candidates.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience recruiting for technical skill sets including software engineering, networking, and infrastructure.

• Proven track record of achieving exceptional hiring manager and client satisfaction in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with hiring candidates who possess government security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, and Poly).

• Capability to conduct market compensation benchmarks for various positions and skill levels.

• Proficiency in negotiating pay rates within established ranges and effectively closing candidates.

• BS/MS degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the educational requirement).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing prior to employment; some roles may also necessitate fingerprinting.
