This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement strategic recruiting strategies to address the company's technical staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job specifications, ideal candidate profiles, and metrics for success.
• Source and engage technical candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and additional methods.
• Evaluate candidates through structured assessments and behavioral interviews, screening and interviewing as necessary.
• Present qualified candidates to the hiring teams and offer data-informed recommendations.
• Oversee and enhance the entire recruitment process from application to offer acceptance.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time to fill, pipeline health, and diversity goals, adapting strategies as required.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth hiring processes and transitions.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical support to junior recruiters.
• Lead projects and initiatives that involve cross-departmental teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on results and the ability to make calm decisions under pressure.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing environments.
• A strong passion for talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and ongoing improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technical positions.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, including knowledge of Boolean logic and proficiency with platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing recruitment outcomes.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and iCIMS.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical roles, market trends, and compensation structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in engineering and/or IT roles.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Preferred: AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, or similar recruiting certifications.
• Preferred: Previous experience in fast-growing tech companies or staffing agencies.
• Preferred: Knowledge of EEOC, OFCCP, and general employment law compliance.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within recruitment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics tools or dashboards like Tableau or Power BI.
