Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process for various intricate searches and devise innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Drive quality assessments and ensure a personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Enhance and expand sourcing capabilities to proactively create high-quality talent pipelines through a variety of channels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp hiring requirements, conduct intake meetings, and identify target profiles.

• Keep accurate and current documentation in Greenhouse to facilitate meaningful reporting and maintain data integrity.

• Recruit outstanding talent across Engineering, Data, Product, and additional departments.

• Work collaboratively across teams with hiring managers, interviewers, and business leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in hiring talent within a fast-paced setting, preferably in a startup or digital health organization.

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage sourcing pipelines and create effective top-of-funnel strategies.

• Capacity to convert recruiting data into actionable insights that guide stakeholders and enhance hiring performance.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and a consultative recruiting approach.

• Experience with BrightHire and Greenhouse is preferred.

• Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency, individual accountability, and a commitment to providing authentic feedback.

• Must be able to work without employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
