📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume screening interviews with software engineers

• Clearly and honestly present the opportunity, outline the process, and secure a quick yes or no

• Expedite candidates through streamlined processes

• Mobilize the bench and achieve tight hiring goals when new projects emerge

• Discover innovative methods to rapidly source more candidates

• Assist with other G2i hiring initiatives as required

• Develop internal engineering teams that execute technical projects for cutting-edge AI labs

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a technical recruiter for software engineers in backend, frontend, and full-stack positions

• Proven track record of rapidly staffing large teams, preferably within a consultancy, agency, or IT services environment

• Comfort in conducting high-volume, consecutive interviews

• Ability to authentically promote a unique opportunity

• Creative and resourceful approach when facing tight deadlines and a limited candidate pipeline

• Proficiency in English at C1 level for daily communications with candidates and team members

• Practical, results-oriented mindset with the willingness to work additional hours during project launches

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

• Experience in recruiting for AI, ML, or LLM-related roles is an advantage

• Familiarity with working alongside US-based companies or teams is beneficial

• Previous experience as a contractor is a plus

• Successful completion of a background check
