IT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify, screen, interview, and assess candidates based on client specifications

• Negotiate salary rates and employment conditions with candidates while ensuring commitment for both current and future needs

• Achieve daily and monthly objectives for presenting quality candidates for client vacancies

• Organize interviews for shortlisted candidates and maintain real-time follow-up until client feedback is obtained

• Implement and record the complete recruitment process in the ATS

• Communicate daily via phone and email with candidates, vendors, team leaders, account managers, and clients

• Recruit technical experts including Gen AI and ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Product/Project/Program Managers, Cloud/DevOps/SRE professionals, Data Engineers/Scientists, QA/Automation/Mobile Developers, and Salesforce Engineers/SMEs/Consultants

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of robust sourcing experience within the IT sector, ideally from a consulting background

• Willingness to work the night shift, from 9 pm to 5 am IST

• Experience in hiring for various technical IT roles

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of US tax classifications: W2, C2C, 1099

• Familiarity with US visa categories/work authorizations: H1B, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, TN, E3

• Comfortable working night shifts that align with US time zones (EST/CST/PST)

• Practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to hiring

• Solid understanding of US contract agreements

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential

• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT sector, its skills, and market trends

• Strong grasp of technical roles, technology stacks, and hiring jargon

• Excellent sourcing and Boolean search capabilities

• Goal-oriented with a focus on closure

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure recruitment environments akin to startups
