This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for Research and senior Engineering positions, from initial intake to final offer and closure.

• Develop outbound-focused pipelines by identifying talent in frontier labs, speech and audio teams, and academic institutions.

• Monitor publications, contributions to open-source projects, and speakers at conferences.

• Collaborate with research and engineering leaders to establish role profiles, align hiring criteria, and create streamlined interview processes.

• Perform comprehensive screenings with technical candidates and provide data-driven evaluations to hiring managers.

• Manage complex negotiations involving competing offers, equity discussions, and international candidates.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates who are not yet prepared to make a move.

• Leverage data and AI tools for sourcing, managing the Greenhouse pipeline, and reporting on funnel metrics.

• Assist in team growth through interviewer training, structured kits, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.

• Proven success in hiring ML researchers, research engineers, or ML/infrastructure engineers at AI laboratories, AI-focused startups, or leading technology companies.

• Strong outbound sourcing capabilities and a well-established network within the ML/AI research community.

• Technical proficiency to engage in discussions about model training, evaluation, and inference with researchers.

• Experience successfully closing senior candidates against competing offers, including those with significant equity components.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox (or similar platforms), and contemporary AI sourcing tools.

• Ability to work independently and identify high-impact tasks effectively.
