• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles and securing top-tier engineering talent.

• Preferred experience in startup or software environments.

• A combination of agency recruiting and internal experience is a significant advantage.

• Capability to manage high levels of ownership.

• Ability to work efficiently while sourcing, tracking, and managing a large volume of candidates.

• Proven ability to build trust and partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of product positioning, market fit, technical roadmap, and team culture.

• Skill in pitching teams and opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.

• Competence in tracking and analyzing pipeline and performance data.

• Resilient and inventive; capable of troubleshooting and devising solutions on the spot.

• Direct, concise, timely, and efficient communication, complemented by active listening and engagement.

• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, curiosity, and openness to constructive feedback.
