Senior Technical Property Manager – Company Car Included

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Technical oversight of mainly commercial properties located in the Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt service region.

• Planning and supervising minor maintenance, modernization, and refurbishment initiatives.

• Developing and overseeing budgets.

• Managing tenders, acquiring and evaluating quotations, awarding contracts, and supervising as well as inspecting construction activities.

• Coordinating and monitoring the work of external service providers.

• Ensuring the upkeep of technical building systems and adherence to statutory regulations.

• Handling defect and warranty claims.

• Coordinating services provided by subcontractors.

• Collaborating with Commercial Property Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree with a technical emphasis, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in the technical management of properties, specifically commercial properties.

• Background in Technical Property Management.

• Proficiency in technical real estate management.

• Strong IT capabilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently to inspect properties within the region.

• Residence in Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt or nearby areas.

• Valid driver's license.

• Degree certificates and employment references.
