Senior Technical Project Manager – Region Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the delivery for regional and GPU cluster deployment projects from the initial kickoff to the final production handover.

• Manage capacity acceptance processes, including ensuring infrastructure availability, quota distributions, monitoring/alerting, and obtaining documented sign-off.

• Facilitate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, and GPU engineering teams.

• Serve as the immediate escalation point during live deployments, addressing hardware, provisioning, and capacity challenges.

• Establish and uphold clear agreements and responsibilities among delivery teams.

• Promote continuous improvement and automate repetitive deployment and acceptance testing tasks.

• Conduct structured status updates for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects or engineering teams, preferably within infrastructure, cloud, or datacenter settings.

• Proven capability to coordinate multiple engineering teams simultaneously and foster alignment without formal authority.

• Ability to communicate calmly and decisively under pressure, including during live incidents.

• Strong preference for clear ownership and documentation over reactive problem-solving.

• Proficient in English.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility as a hiring condition.

• Experience in cloud/compute capacity management or GPU infrastructure is considered a significant advantage.

• A background in large-scale datacenter rollouts is also highly advantageous.
