This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage technical projects independently in smoke and heat extraction (SHE), ventilation, and building services engineering from the point of order handover through to acceptance.
• Take charge of quality, budget, timelines, and project documentation.
• Collaborate and align technically with customers, planners, construction managers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Oversee client-provided services to ensure compliance with the agreed quality of execution.
• Conduct inspections of sites, properties, and acceptance processes.
• Work closely with field sales representatives, service managers, and service technicians.
• Detect deviations early and proactively manage the project's direction.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and actively enhance existing processes and procedures.
• Provide support for projects from the order handover to successful acceptance.
• Several years of professional experience in project management, construction management, or technical project coordination, preferably in construction, electrical engineering, or building services.
• Experience with smoke and heat extraction systems (SHE), ventilation technology, fire protection, or building automation is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage complex project structures and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB).
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A structured, independent, and self-sufficient work approach.
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, especially on construction sites.
• Willingness to travel within your region.
• Ideally, possess an electrical engineering qualification, additional training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or experience with smoke extraction and ventilation systems; however, this is not a strict requirement.
