This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead technical projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality results for both internal and external clients.
• Collect and document project requirements.
• Develop both functional and technical specifications.
• Supervise build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Assist in the implementation of a third-party SaaS Contract Lifecycle Management solution for Defense & Systems.
• Sustain and improve the existing Salesforce application.
• Aid in executing the contract-management roadmap and strategy across Federal and commercial/civil sectors.
• Collaborate with functional owners to assess business value, prioritize requirements, and define needs.
• Create user stories and work alongside Salesforce Administrators to introduce new functionalities.
• Transition to operational support, enhancements, and everyday maintenance for the future CLM product.
• Help formulate execution strategies based on scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage project risks, scope adjustments, and unforeseen events.
• Coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
• Ensure quality of deliverables, monitor outcomes, and document lessons learned.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technology partners.
• Address project obstacles and interdependencies.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Explain reasoning behind issues and decisions made.
• Support system uptime and modernized applications that foster business growth and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration or configuration, including the ability to write user stories and collaborate with administrators on new functionalities.
• Experience in an Agile delivery framework.
• Familiarity with CLM or contract-management platforms is advantageous.
• Capable of making fundamental technology decisions, assessing their impacts, and staying updated on relevant technology trends.
• Experience in a regulated or government-contracting setting (such as FAR, DFARS, CMMC, or ITAR) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility in time zones for collaboration with global teams.
• Must demonstrate U.S. Person status as a U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, as necessary; employees may also be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
