This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist in realizing the digital vision aimed at modernizing contract processes within Defense & Systems.
• Aid in the implementation of a third-party SaaS Contract Lifecycle Management solution.
• Support the operational maintenance and enhancements of Salesforce.
• Shift focus to operations, enhancements, and daily support for the upcoming CLM solution.
• Collaborate with product and functional teams to carry out the contract-management roadmap and strategy.
• Collect and document requirements effectively.
• Develop functional and technical specifications.
• Supervise build, test, and deployment milestones.
• Establish execution plans and approaches based on scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Adhere to and enhance project management processes and practices.
• Assist in managing project risks, scope alterations, and unforeseen events.
• Coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
• Ensure deliverable quality meets stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor outcomes against commitments and document lessons learned.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technology partners to define requirements.
• Help in resolving project roadblocks and managing interdependencies.
• Oversee stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
• Present clear justifications for issues and decisions made.
• Take responsibility for tasks and proactively identify and eliminate team obstacles.
• Analyze problems, document statements of issues, and estimate effort required.
• Contribute to maintaining reliable system uptime and modernized applications that support business growth and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years of professional experience, OR an associate’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration or configuration, including writing user stories and collaborating with administrators to deliver new functionality.
• Experience with an Agile delivery model is preferred.
• Familiarity with CLM or contract-management platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to make fundamental technology decisions, assess their implications, and keep up with relevant technology trends.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Robust interpersonal, team-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, accommodating time-zone flexibility.
• U.S. Person status is required: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
