This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee the initiation and execution of datacenter and superlab bring-up projects.
β’ Ensure the installation, testing, commissioning, and readiness for production of MEP systems, core networks, security, and facility monitoring services.
β’ Manage program governance and coordinate multiple projects across global teams and various time zones.
β’ Collect inputs from subject matter experts, including rough order of magnitude estimates and final bills of materials, to aid in design, budgeting, and procurement processes.
β’ Supervise the installation of cabinets, deployment of rPDUs, structured cabling, and preparation of rack-ready infrastructure.
β’ Coordinate the design, ordering, vendor interactions, installation, and activation of WAN circuits.
β’ Lead technical discussions at the architectural level regarding design intentions, resource allocation, and deployment strategies.
β’ Ensure that Site Acceptance Testing and Integrated Systems Testing are conducted with thorough documentation and approval from subject matter experts.
β’ Enhance workflows, processes, and communication across geographically distributed teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent level of experience.
β’ Over 8 years of technical project management experience within datacenter build-out and bring-up settings.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems and datacenter commissioning processes.
β’ Experience in low-voltage build-out, including the installation of cabinets, rPDUs, structured cabling, and ensuring network room readiness.
β’ Capability to coordinate the development of ROM/BOM and assist in the procurement of materials with long lead times.
β’ Practical experience in managing WAN design, ordering, installation, and activation processes.
β’ Demonstrated leadership skills across diverse, distributed, and global cross-functional teams.
β’ Proficiency in managing programs that span multiple time zones and international regions.
β’ Strong project management capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contractor supervision.
β’ Exceptional communication skills for executive-level updates and fostering alignment across teams.
β’ Experience in delivering hyperscale or liquid-cooled datacenter build-outs.
β’ Background in implementing automation workflows or process enhancements that boost build or commissioning efficiency.
β’ Extensive knowledge of WAN architecture, cross-connects, diverse path planning, and circuit acceptance testing.
β’ Relevant certifications such as PMP, CxA, BICSI RCDD, CDCP/CDCS, LEED AP, or PE.
