IT Project Manager – CTO's Operating Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Technology portfolio and ensure a consolidated source of truth for all IT, Security, and Product initiatives.

• Manage the operational cadence, which includes leadership meeting agendas and notes, tracking action items, maintaining a calendar for vendor and contract renewals, overseeing salary cap and budget tracking, and preparing executive reports.

• Facilitate coordination with vendors, follow up on procurement, manage hiring logistics in collaboration with Talent, and handle cross-department requests and documentation.

• Ensure follow-through by pursuing commitments, identifying obstacles, escalating issues with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.

• Utilize and maximize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to the department.

• Monitor KPIs, which include portfolio visibility, CTO operational footprint, follow-through, reporting cadence, and vendor renewal management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, chief of staff roles, or technology operations supporting a senior technology leader.

• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs using a work-management tool.

• Excellent written English skills: capable of transforming unclear updates into an executive-ready status report or decision memo.

• Comfortable working with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to credibly track IT, security, and software tasks while asking pertinent questions.

• Persistent and respectful in follow-up; able to hold senior stakeholders accountable to their commitments.

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+ or higher).

• Availability during US business hours and readiness for after-hours engagement on short notice.
