This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the Technology portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive source of truth for IT, Security, and Product initiatives, including ownership, timelines, status, risks, and decisions.
• Manage the operational cadence, which encompasses leadership meeting agendas and minutes, tracking action items, vendor and contract renewal schedules, budget oversight, and preparation of executive reports.
• Facilitate coordination with vendors, follow up on procurement, manage hiring logistics in collaboration with Talent, and handle cross-department requests and documentation for the CTO.
• Ensure follow-through by pursuing commitments, identifying and addressing obstacles, escalating issues with recommendations, and effectively closing the loop with stakeholders.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to the department's functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as portfolio visibility, operational footprint of the CTO, closure of action items, reporting schedule, and management of vendor renewals.
• Report directly to the CTO and collaborate across various time zones with a distributed team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs using a work-management tool.
• Excellent written English skills: capable of transforming disorganized updates into polished, executive-ready status reports or decision memos.
• Familiarity with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement workflows.
• Sufficient technical literacy to credibly track IT, security, and software projects while asking pertinent questions.
• Persistent and respectful in follow-up; comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
• Proficient spoken and written English (C1+ or higher).
• Availability during US business hours and readiness for after-hours work on short notice.
