This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the Technology portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive single source of truth for IT, Security, and Product initiatives that includes owners, timelines, statuses, risks, and decisions.
• Manage the operational rhythm, which encompasses leadership meeting agendas and notes, action-item tracking, vendor and contract renewal schedules, salary-cap and budget oversight, and preparation of executive reports.
• Facilitate coordination among vendors, follow up on procurement processes, oversee hiring logistics with Talent, and handle cross-departmental requests and documentation.
• Ensure follow-through by pursuing commitments, identifying obstacles, escalating issues with recommendations, and closing the feedback loop with stakeholders.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to the department's operations.
• Report directly to the CTO while collaborating across various time zones with a distributed team.
• Achieve defined KPIs including portfolio visibility, decreased operational workload for the CTO, action-item completion, weekly and monthly reporting, and timely management of vendor renewals.
• A minimum of 3 years in project/program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology executive.
• Proven experience in managing multi-workstream programs using a work-management tool.
• Excellent written English skills, capable of transforming chaotic updates into executive-ready status reports or decision memos.
• Familiarity with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to credibly track IT, security, and software work while posing the right questions.
• Tenacious and respectful in follow-up; comfortable with holding senior stakeholders accountable to their commitments.
• Proficient spoken and written English (C1+ or higher).
• Availability during US business hours and the ability to be on call after hours with short notice.
