This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the Technology portfolio by ensuring a comprehensive repository for all IT, Security, and Product initiatives, including ownership details, timelines, status updates, risks, and decisions.
• Oversee the operational cadence which includes setting agendas and taking notes for leadership meetings, tracking action items, managing the vendor and contract renewal calendar, monitoring salary caps and budgets, and preparing executive reports.
• Alleviate the CTO's operational responsibilities by coordinating with vendors, following up on procurement, managing hiring logistics with the Talent team, and addressing cross-departmental requests and documentation.
• Ensure commitments are met by actively following up, identifying obstacles, escalating issues with suggested solutions, and closing the loop with relevant stakeholders.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Utilize and make the most of Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to the department.
• Perform any additional applicable or related tasks as assigned.
• Monitor initiatives, commitments, and decisions across IT, Security, and Product while reporting directly to the CTO.
• Decrease the CTO's operational workload by delivering weekly updates on Technology status and monthly executive summaries.
• Alert the CTO to contract renewals at least 60 days prior to expiration to avoid unintentional auto-renewals.
• A minimum of 3 years in project/program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology executive.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs within a work-management tool.
• Exceptional written English skills: capable of transforming disorganized updates into polished executive status reports or decision memos.
• Familiarity with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes.
• Sufficient technical understanding to credibly track IT, security, and software initiatives and to ask pertinent questions.
• Persistent and respectful follow-up; comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency (C1+ or higher).
• Availability during US business hours and the ability to respond after hours on short notice.
