This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute projects in accordance with the defined scope, budget, quality benchmarks, and target margins.

• Lead project planning while proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Manage daily communication with the client’s delivery stakeholders.

• Raise commercial issues to the Program Manager as necessary.

• Provide consistent updates regarding delivery progress, budget usage, and financial projections.

• Assist in offer preparation by supplying project estimates, delivery models, and essential risk assumptions.

• Assume complete responsibility for a major enterprise software project or two to three delivery streams.

• Coordinate a typical setup involving two to three teams, comprising approximately 15–20 individuals, with an annual budget ranging from EUR 1–3 million.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise software delivery, including at least 2 years of leading projects of similar scale.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of project scope, timeline, budget, and delivery margins across both fixed-price and time-and-materials contracts.

• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies, backed by experience in enhancing processes.

• Experience in delivering enterprise-scale solutions in at least one technology environment: cloud, .NET, Java, or data engineering.

• Proven experience in contributing to bids and proposals, including effort estimations, delivery strategies, and staffing plans.

• Excellent command of English at C1 level.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to assist in daily project management and delivery tasks.

• Ability to occasionally align with US working hours.

• Background in manufacturing, including MES, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, or ERP experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI/ML delivery, data/analytics projects, or practical engineering experience is a plus.
