
Senior Technical Program Manager, Privileged Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Drive the implementation of roadmap initiatives across the KeeperPAM portfolio, which includes secrets management, secure remote access, endpoint privilege management, discovery, machine identity, and related features.
• Convert product priorities into precise execution plans, identifying milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to ensure that roadmap initiatives advance from requirements through development, QA, and release.
• Manage complex customer-impacting issues across Engineering, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying root causes, formulating action plans, establishing ownership, and resolving high-priority customer issues.
• Monitor engineering dependencies, technical risks, blockers, and delivery status across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure clear visibility into roadmap execution, release readiness, and customer commitments for leadership and stakeholder teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions, documenting decisions, dependencies, and follow-up actions clearly and assigning them appropriately.
• Organize release planning, validation, readiness reviews, and handoffs among Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Identify process gaps that hinder delivery and collaborate with teams to enhance execution, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Aid prioritization discussions by providing clear insights on dependencies, delivery risks, engineering capacity, and customer impact.
• Create and maintain program metrics, status reports, and dashboards that offer visibility into roadmap progress and issue resolution.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance technical analysis, documentation, issue summarization, status reporting, and workflow effectiveness.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, technical project leadership, or a related position within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
• Strong technical expertise in software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and modern enterprise application architectures.
• Proven experience in driving complex software initiatives across Product, Engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Experience in coordinating intricate customer escalations or production issues involving various engineering teams.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending technical requirements, architecture discussions, logs, API documentation, and engineering trade-offs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development, release management, and software delivery processes.
• Effective communication skills with engineers, product leaders, executives, and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Proven capability to impose structure and accountability on ambiguous or rapidly evolving technical initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to utilize AI-enabled tools effectively for technical analysis, documentation, issue management, and program execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with privileged access management, identity security, secrets management, or cybersecurity products.
• Background in supporting enterprise customers with complex technical deployments or escalations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, authentication, DevOps workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with secrets management, secure remote access, machine identity, or endpoint privilege management.
• Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, technical support engineer, or other technical roles.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
