This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete execution from hardware power-on through to production readiness.
• Manage schedules related to automated provisioning, compute, storage, and networking setups.
• Facilitate collaboration among Network, Compute, Storage, GPU, Platform, and Infrastructure Operations teams.
• Resolve technical challenges and synchronize delivery timelines.
• Monitor critical path dependencies and mitigate engineering risks as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and implement custom infrastructure architectures requested by clients.
• Transform specific client needs into repeatable, standardized product solutions and automated delivery systems.
• Serve as the main liaison for Engineering requirements with strategic customer technical teams.
• Work in conjunction with Infrastructure Operations, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with business objectives.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure deployments, cloud/data center launches, or technical program lifecycles.
• Technical knowledge of AI accelerators such as NVIDIA and AMD, high-speed GPU interconnects, and cluster architectures.
• In-depth understanding of data center networks, including BGP and leaf-spine topologies.
• Strong expertise in Linux systems and distributed storage solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, conduct validation testing, and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Capacity to establish order from ambiguity, detect bottlenecks early, and drive effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to align cross-functional teams and leadership effectively.
• Analytical mindset employing metrics to assess program health and inform decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, or a comparable certification is preferred but not mandatory.
