Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle and product development process for a range of solutions.

• Manage intricate, multi-disciplinary programs from inception to market, including tracking schedules and investments.

• Propel cross-functional activities and deliverables to guarantee timely and budget-conscious completion.

• Utilize technical expertise and initiative during collaborative team discussions.

• Employ clear written and verbal communication to build trust and enable coordinated execution.

• Update senior leaders on program status and expectation modifications using standardized methods.

• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to members of cross-functional teams.

• Direct projects and establish processes to assess and enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of pertinent experience.

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Capacity to motivate individuals at all organizational levels without direct authority.

• Strong skills in change management and transformation processes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience in managing cross-functional technical teams.
