This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with design, product management, and engineering teams to facilitate planning and execution across various departments.
• Recognize and mitigate execution risks by defining project scope, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop timelines, establish goals, and pinpoint milestones at both project and team portfolio levels.
• Manage team-level bookkeeping to streamline operations during sprints.
• Monitor and report on project and goal progress in ways that are suitable for the intended audience.
• Design, implement, and enhance processes for planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure that roadmap planning, resource allocation, and cost management tasks are thoroughly executed.
• Discover opportunities to improve efficiency and overall impact.
• Foster a culture centered on focus, delivery, and accountability.
• Promote trust, precision, transparency, and self-service financial products for money movement operations.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for broader audiences.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Program Management within a related field.
• Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
• Demonstrated history of developing and delivering successful products.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Ability to deeply analyze technical challenges and utilize data to derive solutions.
