This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering teams to facilitate planning and execution across various departments.
• Identify and address execution risks by clarifying scope, eliminating obstacles, and enhancing stakeholder communication.
• Develop schedules, establish goals, and pinpoint milestones at both project and team portfolio levels.
• Maintain bookkeeping at the team level to ensure efficient sprint operations.
• Monitor and communicate project and goal progress in formats suitable for different audiences.
• Create, implement, and refine processes for planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure that roadmap planning, resource allocation, and cost management tasks are completed effectively.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Foster a culture centered on focus, delivery, and accountability.
• Oversee the management of financial transactions, including inflows, deposits, and withdrawals, while supporting self-service products for admins, participants, and operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into easily understandable language.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of Technical Program Management experience in a relevant industry.
• Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
• A proven track record of successfully building and delivering products.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Robust problem-solving skills to investigate technical issues and utilize data to derive solutions.
