This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the application portfolio.
• Prioritize projects, portfolios, and operational tasks to effectively plan achievements, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that project goals, objectives, achievements, and outcomes are delivered punctually and within budget constraints.
• Create status reports and communicate updates, schedules, risks, and issues throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure that newsletters and company communications adhere to corporate standards.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues through developed plans or solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with executives, senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members to meet project objectives and deliverables.
• Define and manage project management processes while promoting improvements in Agile methodology.
• Develop test management plans, test scenarios, defect capture, test status reporting, and obtain approvals from stakeholders and application owners.
• Formulate change management plans and monitor change management activities within project schedules.
• Encourage collaboration, feedback, and participation across Corporate and Enterprise Applications PMO teams.
• Oversee products and/or programs from concept initiation through delivery, adoption, and operational support.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a program manager, product manager, or project manager overseeing application programs or projects.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex enterprise application programs or projects, utilizing both internal and vendor resources.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting to large audiences and all organizational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven with a strong initiative and capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Capability to lead and influence without explicit authority.
• Diligent problem solver with outstanding organizational skills.
• Experience in implementing, championing, and working within Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with vendor and contract management processes.
• Knowledge of ERP, HCM, and EPM systems and technologies.
• Understanding of various database and data analytics tools and technologies.
• A passion for the gaming industry.
• Prior experience as a scrum master or possession of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including data centers, networking, cloud, and storage platforms.
• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies, encompassing portfolio management, sprinting, and backlog grooming.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Experience with the Waterfall project management methodology.
