This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for the application portfolio.
• Prioritize projects, portfolios, and operational tasks based on their significance and urgency.
• Plan for accomplishments, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that project goals, objectives, achievements, and outcomes are met on time and within budget.
• Create status reports and communicate updates, timelines, risks, and issues throughout the organization.
• Work alongside Corporate Communications to align newsletters and company communications with corporate standards.
• Identify and relay project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans or solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executives, senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members.
• Define and oversee project management processes, advocating for improvements in Agile methodologies.
• Create test management plans, test scenarios, defect capture processes, test status reporting, and obtain approvals from stakeholders and application owners.
• Develop change management plans and monitor change management activities within the overall project framework.
• Promote collaboration, feedback, and engagement across Corporate and Enterprise Applications PMO teams.
• Take ownership of products and/or programs from concept inception through delivery, adoption, and operational support.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a program manager, product manager, or project manager role managing application programs or projects.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, cross-organizational, complex enterprise application programs or projects utilizing both internal and vendor resources.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting and communicating to large audiences and across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
• Capability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Meticulous problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in implementing, championing, and working with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with vendor and contract management processes.
• Knowledge of ERP, HCM, and EPM systems and technologies.
• Understanding of various database and data analytics tools and technologies.
• A passion for the gaming industry.
• Previous experience as a scrum master or possession of a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Comfortable with IT infrastructure, including data centers, networking, cloud, and storage platforms.
• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies, encompassing Portfolio Management, Sprinting, and Backlog Grooming.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Waterfall project management methodology.
