This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the Technical Program Management team.
• Take ownership of the delivery process for strategic AI infrastructure initiatives from their inception to operational transition.
• Establish program goals, success metrics, governance structures, and execution strategies.
• Ensure that delivery is in alignment with business priorities, customer obligations, and organizational objectives.
• Manage several simultaneous infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive the expansion of AI infrastructure, including GPU cloud deployment, data center capacity enhancement, customer infrastructure delivery, rack deployment, fiber infrastructure, network expansion, commissioning, capacity enablement, and multi-site deployment projects.
• Facilitate the execution led by Senior Technical Project Managers and Technical Project Managers.
• Create governance frameworks, define milestones, set decision gates, and establish success indicators.
• Oversee scope, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Guarantee accurate and timely reporting for executives.
• Develop scalable frameworks for delivery.
• Prioritize program tasks and coordinate resource planning across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Technical Project Management.
• Convey program health, financial outcomes, risks, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Influence executive decisions by leveraging data-driven analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with internal leadership teams and external partners.
• Ensure that customer infrastructure fulfills contractual obligations.
• Coordinate customer-facing milestones, readiness activities, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations regarding customer onboarding and infrastructure readiness.
• Assist in capital planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Identify delivery risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Align long-lead procurement with project timelines.
• Provide functional leadership, mentorship, recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in Technical Program or Infrastructure Program Management.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale infrastructure delivery initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of computing, networking, storage, and data center environments.
• Experience in managing budgets, schedules, risks, and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Background in supporting hyperscale AI infrastructure or GPU cloud environments.
• Experience in delivering multi-site infrastructure expansion projects.
• Familiarity with Dell, NVIDIA, Lenovo, Supermicro, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Understanding of ROCE, InfiniBand, or similar technologies.
• Experience with NetBox, Nlyte DCIM, or comparable platforms.
• Advanced scheduling skills using tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification.
