This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the successful execution of programs throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Propel projects within the program forward.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate project/program metrics while seeking input to enhance progress reports.
• Coordinate and manage interdependencies among various teams.
• Conduct regular program/project assessments with leadership, offering status updates and suggesting actionable steps.
• Encourage collaboration across different organizational tiers.
• Assess program effectiveness and plan for the implementation of successful initiatives while phasing out those that are not effective.
• Support a culture centered around innovation and ongoing improvement.
• Implement strategies, deliver advantages, and achieve strategic objectives through targeted initiatives.
• Advocate for business agility and embed adaptability into the organization.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts within programs.
• Lead, assist, or maintain awareness of collaborative programs and initiatives that have a broad impact.
• Establish cross-functional stakeholder relationships to formulate, define, and implement strategies and initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 4 years in project/program management or related experience.
• PMI certification (e.g., PMP, PMI ACP, or PRINCE 2), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) certification, and/or familiarity with Jira Agile are advantageous.
• A strong understanding of the product development life cycle.
• Knowledge of the SaaS market concerning program management.
• Excellent assessment capabilities and the ability to negotiate priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in technical concepts and system architecture.
• Capability to manage intricate cross-functional projects, often under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated project leadership abilities, business insight, exceptional communication skills, and analytical proficiency.
• Skill in grasping complex concepts, resolving issues, and providing objective business solutions and recommendations.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic and unpredictable environment.
• Ability to engage with and influence both technical and non-technical levels within the organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
