This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate, cross-functional programs from initiation to launch involving engineering, product, compliance, and business teams.
• Oversee portfolio-level roadmapping, annual roadmap planning, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Drive change management and enablement initiatives to align and empower teams while promoting the adoption of processes, tools, and programs.
• Scale best practices in Technical Program Management (TPM), tooling standards, and delivery frameworks across various teams and platforms.
• Mentor teams on the adoption of delivery processes.
• Identify friction points, coordinate stakeholders, and establish repeatable execution frameworks.
• Implement agile, scrum, and lean methodologies based on the context of the program.
• Comprehend architectural impacts and navigate technical trade-offs with engineering and product partners.
• Develop and manage program plans, roadmaps, and status updates.
• Convert business needs into executable plans while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
• Anticipate systemic risks and dependencies, managing risk and dependency mapping at scale.
• Influence senior stakeholders and convey complex delivery issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the advancement of TPM best practices.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Technical Program Management.
• 7–10 years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in a high-growth or regulated environment.
• Proven success in delivering cross-functional programs with numerous moving parts on time and demonstrating measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience in administering or configuring Jira and other Agile tools for scaling teams.
• Strong experience in change management.
• Capable of guiding teams through ambiguity and aligning around changing priorities.
• Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in technical discussions; able to engage in technical conversations, challenge assumptions, and assist in scoping solutions with engineering and product teams.
• Deep knowledge of agile, scrum, and lean methodologies; adept at coaching teams and adapting practices accordingly.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly with senior engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Self-sufficient in operating independently, managing ambiguity, and taking ownership at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Demonstrated flexibility in handling program, project, and team-facilitation tasks.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated industries is preferred.
